There is a command-line service for experienced users to create one touch for creating backups. You are given option of selecting objects to backup. If necessary, you can define constraints for extracted table data. It is flexible enough to let you insert statements that`ll empty the tables before inserting extracted data.
Table data can be extracted by SQL scripts as Insert commands. Possibilities are offered to be able to extract database objects in correct order based on their dependencies. Result scripts can be compressed and split into volumes. You could select the charset for the result file. The ability to save all extraction parameters in a session gives you the ability to use the configuration in future sessions in a similar situation.
